






Payment Options:
The Element accepts Cash or Checks. You may also sigh up for the electronic fund transfer.
With this option you will receive a $5.00 discount each month while on the electronic fund
transfer. The electronic fund transfer will be taken out on the 1st & or the 15th of each month.
Until notification in writing (15 days before deposit) of cancellation or changes, this
authorization will continue to be valid until end of May 2009. To stop electronic fund transfer
you will need to fill out a form at the front desk. There will be a $25.00 returned check fee for
NSF accounts or returned checks.
A 10% discount will be applied if tuition fees are paid in full for a semester. A 20% discount
will be applied if tuition fees are paid in full for the year.
Semester I: September - December
Semester II: January - May
Tuition is paid on a monthly basis (not by session). No monthly prorating, rebates, refunds or
credits will be offered for missed sessions. If a student misses a class session, then we will
allow him/her to make up the session with another class in the same style or same level in
the same month or their absence at no additional charge. Invoices will be mailed out at
the end of each semester. We will make every effort to provide end -of-month reminders to
parents.
Family Discounts:
Family discounts are available for families with multiple siblings enrolled at The Element.
Family discounts will not be offered to relatives, only siblings. Family tuition fees will be
determined based on the total number of classes one family enrolled. Not total number of
hours per student.
Late Payment:
Monthly tuition payments are due by the 15th of each month. A $10.00 late fee will be
assessed if tuition is received after the 15th. (This is enforced)
Recital Fees:
Each Spring The Element will present a recital. This performance is an excellent opportunity
for the students to demonstrate their progress as well as a venue for the parents to enjoy their
child's creative achievement. Recital Fees are due in February or at the time of registration.
Recital Fees are $50.00 per family and are NOT refundable. This fee pays for the usage to the
building, hiring of the stage crew and admission of as many family members you wish to
invite. Their will be no tickets to sell or hand out. This allows for the recital to be open to the

Costume Fees:
Costume payment is due by the last week in December before the holiday break. If you
have not paid for your son or daughter's costume by this time your son or daughter will not
have their costume ordered with the others. Also, they may not have their costume in time
for the recital pictures or recital it self. Once costumes have been ordered this is
non-refundable.
Child Sizes: $60 per costume
Adult Sizes: $70 per costume
Notification of Withdraw:
To withdraw your child from dance training at The Element you are required to fill out a
drop form. The form must be filled out by a guardian. Failure to properly notify of intent to
withdraw will resume in continued tuition payments. NO EXCEPTION! This includes the
electronic fund transfer. Students are not permitted to withdraw and re-enroll in the same
training year without full repayment of annual registration fees.
Dress Code:
Tip-e-toes: (Age 2) Any color, style leotard of your choice. This may also include a skirt. NO
tights & NO shoes. Hair pulled back!
Creative Movement: (Age 3) Any color, style leotard of your choice. This may also include a
skirt. Pink, Tan, White or Black tights and PINK ballet shoes. (Leather ballet shoes, not slippers)
Hair pulled back!
Combo Classes: (Age 4-9) Any color, style leotard of your choice. This may also include a
skirt. Pink, Tan, White or Black tights. PINK ballet shoes (Leather ballet shoes, not slippers)and
BLACK Tap shoes. Hair pulled back!
All Levels Ballet Classes: (Age 10yrs+) Any color, style leotard of your choice. Ballet skirts
and Ballet shorts allowed. Any color and style tights. Hair in Bun! PINK ballet shoes. (We
recommend canvas)
All Levels Tap, Jazz, lyrical, Contemporary and Hip Hop Classes: Any appropriate
dance/workout attire top and pants. Hair pulled back! Hip Hop will need any style tennis
shoe. Not the ones they wear everyday. Tap will need any style black tap shoe. Jazz, we
recommend a slip on TAN jazz shoe. Contemporary and lyrical classes will need dance
paws.

other items.)
NO JEANS, CHEER SHORTS, PAJAMA PANTS or SCHOOL CLOTHES. NO EXCEPTION!
